Rise is a strength and performance training club for EVERYONE, offering small group classes, personal training, sports performance, therapy & recovery, and lifestyle amenities like golf and pickleball.
Yes. All training is coached and scalable. Beginners, experienced lifters, and athletes can train together safely.
Classes are capped at 12 people to ensure quality coaching and programming attention.
Most new members start with our 2-Week Unlimited Trial – $59 or book a Free Consultation to talk with a coach.
Workout clothes, running shoes, water — and that's it. We'll handle the rest.
Strength-based group classes including StrengthX, Conditioning & Booty & Abs.
No. Classes are group-based. Our classes are meant to bring the programming and attention of personal training, in a fun, group environment.
All classes are booked through our Rise Training Club app or online schedule. Once you have an active plan or trial, booking is easy.
Yes. We offer 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 Personal Training, book a FREE consultation to find the best program for you.
Yes. Our Athletics / Sports Performance program is designed for youth athletes.
We offer Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Active Therapy (covered under Physiotherapy benefits) and Nutrition Consultations.
No. Therapy and recovery services are open to members and non-members.
Massage can be booked directly online. Active Therapy (covered under physiotherapy) begins with a consultation.
Rise offers a Golf Simulator, Pickleball Court, and Open Gym access during off-hours.
Yes. Amenities can be booked independently through our booking system.
